Delivery
We prepare our deliveries from Mondays to Fridays on work schedule (9:00 to 18:00), but on Spanish public holiday. Under this circumstances your order will be sent on the same day you buy it.
As soon as your order leaves our headquarters, you'll get a status update and a tracking number so you can follow it until it arrives home.
If it is a national order and it is sent to Spain, MRW will be in charge. For our friends and neighbors in Europe the responsible for the delivery will be UPS.
However, if it is a gift or you need it desperately, you can contact us at hello@casuafridaysco.com or via WhatsApp (icon on the right bottom cornet of the web).

If you don't get your order after 7 working days, please contact us so we can claim for it to the carrier.
You have 14 days to get the order, if you don't, the carrier will send it back to us and we will charge you only the return price.
Returns
You didn't succeed in choosing your size? Don't worry. In Casual Fridays we're used to buying online and we know it isn't the same if you can't try it on...so we offer a free size exchange.
Once you get the order, you have 14 days to apply for a size exchange or the return of the item. For both matters just send us an e-mail with subject "Return" or "Size Exchange" and your order number to hello@casualfridaysco.com. As soon as we get it, we'll arrange the pickup with our carrier, and we'll send the return label to you if necessary.
When we receive the product, we'll make a refund of the product price deducting the transport cost. Remember that in this case, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, with the original label on, in its packaging and with every accessory. If the returned product doesn't meet these requirements, we won't be able to refund the product price and we'll send it back to its owner.
