2. PURPOSES AND PROCESSING
At CASUAL FRIDAYS we submit all personal data to processing. Your details shall be processed with the purpose of managing the supply of commercial services requested from CASUAL FRIDAYS. In addition to that, CASUAL FRIDAYS may process your personal details in order to comply with any applicable legal obligations pursuant to tax, mercantile and other legal regulations. We may also process your personal details for other purposes outside the obligation to execute an agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. You are entitled to opposed to this type of processing. Therefore, and provided that you have not refused via the available means, you may receive information regarding products or services that are similar to those purchased and that may be of your interest through any communication method (including, but not limited to, email, text messaging and telephone calls). All personal details subject to processing by CASUAL FRIDAYS have been provided by users for the purposes of requesting the services supplied.
9. CONSENT

11. IP ADDRESSES
Pursuant to Act 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, USER's IP address shall be registered in a personal data file for the sole purpose of recording all user IP addresses that have accessed the website. The above mentioned IP address shall remain registered in this file for a period of one year, as stated in article 12 of the above Act.
